Direction is not backside you lot…. Ever! And most of management is working exterior their skill levels. To them it's all about the bonuses from corporate. Spousal relationship is near non existent. Yet y'all are paying every pay menstruum.

the coin, but is it really worth your sanity?

Only like how on the other reviews they are answering with "we are lamentable to hear about blah apathetic blah, you should talk to your supervisor" is how they deal with EVERYTHING. and OH surprise, the supervisor is 1. either the problem or two. doesn't give a cr@p because they get their pay and go home. There is ZERO support from direction, retaliation from management is unreal and so don't even try and say annihilation. The OR is so poorly run past management that the staff is leaving and those that are staying are miserable. Work hither if you lot want to slide into a depression and feel unworthy every solar day of your life.

When working in this hospital'due south ICU, you will receive very critical, complex patients and be required to piece of work in all the pods, MedSurg, Neuro, Cardiac and Trauma. This is where you go excellent experience, typically an ICU nurse is dedicated to one ICU where they specialize. Not here! You are very knowledgeable and marketable when going elsewhere after working here. Wedlock infirmary, only representation is not the greatest.

Y'all will be called into the office for every lilliputian detail, micromanaging at it'southward finest. They scrutinize you. Management is terrible, they practise non have leadership qualities. Quick to anger, volatile personalities, blah and cold. Older nurses use lateral violence and squad is very "clicky." The orientation is a joke. They expect you to know how to exercise everything and know every policy after eight weeks of "training." Management are the puppets of the CNO because they do whatsoever is asked, with no regard to backing up their nurses. Terrible CEO and CNO. Information technology's all about money with this place. Especially after COVID- they rationed their PPE and hid information technology from employees. Absolutely shameful.
